By using Skappa, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
Skappa is an AI-powered app builder that generates production-ready web applications from natural language descriptions. The service includes AI code generation, hosting, deployment, and project management tools.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
You may not share your account with others or use the platform for illegal purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Skappa to generate applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others.
You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse the AI system, or reverse-engineer the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Code ownership
You own 100% of the code generated by Skappa. All files, components, and applications created through the platform are your intellectual property.
You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your generated code without restriction.
Skappa retains no rights or licenses over your generated code.
5. Fair exit policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
You can export your complete project code at any time, even after cancellation.
We will never hold your code hostage. If you leave, your code leaves with you.
6. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

7. Limitation of liability
Skappa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated code, data loss due to user actions, or third-party service outages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
